I had one of these already in half bath. Bought the second for laundry room sink used by guests for hand washing. More than easy to install. Be sure to get towels that perfectly fit.It’s functional and looks good in a home.It was very easy to install and looks nice. After installing it, I filled it and started to close it. That’s when I realized that the front cover was meant to swing open to insert the towels. A small piece on the lower left corner was broken off and I could feel a jagged end. It does not hamper anything but it might be a little tricky when I fill it up again. Otherwise, I really like the look and size.I have paper towels everywhere, i used to put it in a tupperware but now my bathroom looks organized.I have purchased three of these dispensers this past year, and I am buying another one today. They look good and function well. I have read in some reviews that people were having problems with the units staying closed, but I haven't had any issue with my dispensers. Here is what I have found works best. --After refilling, as you close the unit, hold the key in the unlocked position until it is completely closed, then (while still holding the unit closed) turn the key to lock it. If the key doesn't want to turn all the way, I have found that a towel is usually in the way. When it is closed/locked correctly, you will hear a click and feel it with the key. (I hope that helps!)-- I have these in the kitchen and two bathrooms; this latest unit is for the garage. Oh...and installation is super easy! Love them!I like the looks of the towel holder and it was easy to install. It does the job. My only complaint is that is a little too narrow for standard C-fold towels. I can't fill it to the top or they all jam. I have to sort of put them in loosely so that they form a U shape. Maybe they all come in different sizes and I just didn't know this??? Other than that, I like it.I use this in my car and it ticks under the seat perfectAfter my entire family caught covid I decided to create sanitizing stations in certain rooms of my house. I put in these towel dispensers and bought countertop dispensers too. No more using cloth towels to dry our hands. I’m sure my guests will appreciate this too. These dispensers are sturdy, easy to install and they look very nice in kitchen and bathrooms. Very happy with my decisionEasy to install.
