UPDATE - received replacement for first shredder that did not work. Have been using the replacement unit and so far it has worked flawlessly. Very pleased with unit. Very quiet and does a great job with the micro-cut. At this point, I would recommend.Very quiet unit and shredded papers well. Very pleased with the super micro-cut. However, only Forward worked. Reverse never did work. On day 3 neither Forward nor Reverse worked. Returned unit. Bought a replacement with the same model. Will give it one more try. If second unit gives me any trouble, I will not buy this brand again.
